Thats odd? you say first payment but you were working with them since 3 yrs? $400 in 3 yrs?

Also this is my second account with new PPS affiliate and i got my first payout.

My first account was an uploading account also with old PPD affiliate and i got some payouts and vouchers the last years.

Btw, I use eu rdp and never got any problem with FTP upload speed
