Tomorrow is a feast day in germany, so i think there will be no payouts!
Also a lot of companies doin a long weekend and will not work on friday.

So maybe next payouts will not be processed until next monday!

I am having a non premium acc with 45$....do i need to reach 50$ to be able to withdraw?

The free they are deducting is fixed or it rises with the payout amount?

The form given, regarding address and all is mandatory?
Does it need to match paypal address of the payout account?

No is not problem, make sure you and your friend lives in the same city.

That is why netload pay after one month, if some user do not like the service they can refuse the sale, so netload pay back them, the money is still there, the other services did not guaranty a refund. paypal take care of the costumers so if your website has a lot of complaints of refunds they ban your account.

Yes you have to reach $50

No is not necessary, I did place different address from my paypal account, and always I got paid. Same City, Same Country, different Address
