we don't scan the files for detailed content we just look if the filenames, hashes etc. if they are on our black list. And we don't scan them manually, that's automatic software so nobody will see your documents. But I can understand your Problem and we are working on an update that you can mark your uploads as private, than we won't scan the files but you can't share them if they are private. Can you life with that?

Yes our stakes are low comparing to other hosts. But we count every download and not only 1 by premium user. So you will see a lot more download counts than on other hosts. But we will start a PPS program soon!

I'm sorry but we don't have any users IPs.

The earning levels are checked several times and if there is potential to increase we will do this but sometimes we also have to decrease it. But to be honest, yes there is a lot of potential for improvement! Therefore we are already working on an automatic software which will check your status every day and also tell you how you can improve your stats. Let me show you a screenshot:

Yes the free user speed is currently low, especially at the weekend. But we will upgrade the free user bandwidth this week and then you can expect good free user download rates!

Second point... i know very good that the admin changes the rate when he wants... or can you explain me why until 6 months ago everybody had 25$ if they not contacted the admin to change it to 30$?

if you changed that explain me something... why you don't make it visible for everybody the nice table?

Well... I'm wondering that you don't write a 110% PPS Plan ;-)
You can be sure that a Service with this PPS Plan can't be pay his server and traffic bills if they don't cheat. If you give 60% and additional 25% of this so total of 75% of your revenue out as a Hosting Provider (we don't talk about dating and so on, they don't have high traffic costs) than you must cheat or have to limit your users. And as you can see many hosts with such high rates decided to stop their program...
We will make an faire calculation with an faire PPS Plan which we can also run over several years like we do with our PPD plan.
But anyway thank you for your suggestion! I will try to come as close as we can do to this Plan.

Free and Premium Users do have the same file size limit! But it's already increased to 2GB in testing mode. So you can upload up to 2GB!

yes i means that bcz the uploader are different in their work this means some uploader need 400 MB filesize download for free account and other uploader need 1 GB for free account so this will be useful for every uploader
