to the paypal may be a database sharing. In my first payouts my paypal were including
?, Ş letters in my language and netload does not accept these letters and
asked PAYPAL explain this problem to NETLOAD and they fixed it.

They are very professional and if they are not sure you are not REAL YOU ARE
they ignore you.

absolute wrong information
In paypal they paid via mass pay
and in paypal system u cant check other party home address when u send the money .
the receiver can see the senders home address if he paid as a goods .

and paypal never share your information to third party ( excluding law agency) to any extent .

I hope they pay, they refused me nearly 10 times till I found this reality.

The money you request it back to your account right? after asking again for payment.

yes same account (if you mean this ) and buy the way refusing take 14-17 days
and after that you request it another 14-17 days to paypal means nearly 30-35 days
u wait. If you are lucky they pay you.
