Do your maths again. 11 days ago is not 10 working days. 10 WORKING days = 14 days (including weekends). That being said, alertpay and webmoney is 14 working days (3 weeks) if you friend ask for it then. Just wait it out.

I only choose by moneybookers because paypal has limit my account can't be resolved again.
