i am on PPS plan 2 ,got 11.8$ for 2 sales.

Ofcourse rooney u ll get know that u r getting sales when u r on pps. On ppd u gets points.

Didn't try Alertpay/Moneybookers but I've never had a problem with Paypal. Was paid 3 days ago for a request made 9 days before the payment

Do we have to wait for 45 days, if we are on PPS? Or can we just request for the money?

Why to wait? You can withdraw anytime.

When I upload the files by FTP, it shows the files are uploaded sucessfully
but I cannot see it in my netload file manage

Plan 1:
A fixed amount of $12 USD for every initial order.

Plan 2:
90% revenue share of all initial orders.

Plan 3:
60 % revenue share of all recurring orders.

Plan 4:
30% revenue share of all initial and recurring orders.

it indicates very clearly.
plan 2 : 90% of initial orders : downloader buy sale 10$, you earn 90% of 10$ = 9$.
plan 3 : 60% recurring orders : downloader had buy premium through your link, now they extend it. you earn 60%
plan 4 : the same 2 and 3
