I did open a new account, with diferent IP from diferent server, shows same message.

I Have A payment requested for $100 and untill yesterday I was waiting for $2 to reach $50, and make another request but not was possible for all the reasons that we know. payout page is not available to any one, Since yestarday in the afternoon, I can see only the legend about maintenance mode.

Thanks, my balance was around 14$ yesterday. When I clicked on the link it's a little over 26$. So, I had to have gotten a sale yesterday and it was counted.
