Suggest me a Online Game

I am in need to conduct an online gaming competition as an event in my symposium . Can someone suggest me good online game (flash game or something like that) , which would be good to play yet not so complex and but competitive too.. People would play and email us with the registred username there. Awaiting your suggestions.....
