i am getting this error


i tried webproxy and proxy ip's but still same error,though it says its up


so is it down for me only?but why not opening from proxies even then?

but i have tried web proxy (hidemyass),proxy ip's and even VPN which are opening all blocked sites except for this site

To my knowledge they blocked just about all public proxies.
