Here is my dilemma. My Paypal acct was put into a negative balance because a shipping store refuses to honor an insured item they packed and shipped. I filed a small claims against them today. The buyer had his cc co remove the charge from his acct, at which time the cc co informed PP, hence the chargeback. I want to create a new PP acct (business as opposed to personal) using my store computer and my store bank acct. My current PP and Ebay accts were created on my home computer. My understanding is if I have no transactions go through Paypal, they can't go into my checking acct, but if any transactions do, they can. I have already changed my secondary Paypal bank link by closing that credit card. I want to do this right. I assume I will have to create a brand new Ebay acct, which is unfortunate, because I'll lose all my feedbacks (100%). I need instructions how to do all this and would greatly appreciate your help.
