[advice needed] can my vps handle my forum

Hi all.
I have a vps with the following specs
384 mb ram
10 gig hdd
visualised using hypervm.
can It handle a vBuleltin forum which gets 2-3 k hits /day ?
also I dont use any control panel. I can do the things in ssh.
also I would like to know do you prefer apache over lighty for vBuleltin..
