wordpress: how to post remotely

hey does anyone here know how to make new posts in wordpress remotely via a script?

That way i'll just enter a few fields and press a button to confirm, then the post is made. This way I won't have to keep logging into the slow wordpress system etc.

why wud u have to keep loggin in? just login one, do ur posting and dont log out. that way u wont be asked to login for sometime

Don't need a script, you just need an offline poster

You need to enable XML-RPC under wordpress settings > writing > remote publishing
