Wordpress Permalink ERROR

Hi GUys, im facing some Random Problem with Permalink when it's on Default all posts Work Fine, but when i change it ***/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/*** or to any another, it all posts give **Not FOund** Error

Not Found

 The requested URL /2012/02/POST/ was not found on this server.
  Apache/2.2.21 (CentOS) Server at www.--------.com Port 80

anyone know where could be the Problem.....

Oh yes. When you change the default permalink to custom, is it being modified successfully or showing an error at the bottom of the page?

If it is showing you an error, you must CHMOD the .htaccess file to 777 and again try to change the permalink to custom structure.

If that also don't work, then copy the entire code at the bottom of the page which is shown when you try to change the permalink structure and paste it manually in the .htaccess file

Note (Important): If you CHMOD the .htaccess file to 777 to change the permalink structure, then after changing it, you must again CHMOD it back to the default setting, which I think is 644.
