I have 74 DLS with five files(7+15+15+22+15=74),the count should be 0.074 at least(Group D is $1 per 1000 dls), but I only get 0.03708......
Did you cut half counts?

"because we count all downloads but pay for unique ip download only..
and keep in mind its free file host so you can have chance of earning more because many filehost shows when download is 100 plus (download limit exceeded)"

One IP downloads 10 different files with the same uploader in 24 hours, it counts one or ten?
For free users we count every completed downloads. It counts ten. you can check speed yourself.. thanks
