One IP downloads 10 different files with the same uploader in 24 hours, it counts one or ten?

For free users we count every completed downloads. It counts ten. you can check speed yourself.. thanks

I have 74 DLS with five files(7+15+15+22+15=74),the count should be 0.074 at least(Group D is $1 per 1000 dls), but I only get 0.03708......
