I would like to hire someone to make me a plugin for my wordpress site.

I need a motivational poster maker, where the person uploads an image they add an title and caption and hit submit.

Once they hit submit it gets posted as a new post in wordpress.

I am using the Me Gusta theme for wordpress so maybe you can integrate it or make something new I don't care as long as it works.

I am spend $50 dollars. (Paypal only)
