The easiest way to Upload

I'm looking for a Filehost with elastic upload methods.
Most of them do not allow to stop/resume uploads, and that is a needed feature for me.

Back in the days, the best one was FileSonic wich allowed to upload files with DropBox, but now that it's gone I gotta find another solution to upload files in a different way than flash upload, does any of you know some easy way to upload files??
