Is it possible to edit firefox addon for adding hotlink

Hi guys,
you may know very well about screengrab addon of firefox.

Screengrab - firefox screen shot addon

which is very popular due to it's realtime screenshot taking process without any delay, but due to frequent update of firefox, it's developer stopped developing it..


My question is:
1) is it possible to add hotlink feature to screengrab.....??

2 buttons,
1 for full page and another for visible portion and save in default disk or in desktop

so is it possiblE.....????
