Hosting for filehost and imagehost

I am intending to make a new imagehost and filehost. I will use the same script as imagetwist and imageporter use.

I could host it at my home but I think 100/100 Mbit isnt even close to enough for a filehost.
Think bandwidth and HDD space wouldnt be any problem then though.

Otherwise if I buy some hosting this is the things I mainly need:
Bandwidth: unlimited or very high bandwidth.
Currently I need ~1TB / day but would be better if I got more since I want people to use it aswell, even though I intend to ban all accounts that post copyrighted material.

Speed: Want as high speed as possible. I am not sure how to exceed 100 Mbit/s or 1 Gbit (for several users to share, if I have 100 Mbit up and down I think I would only have 1 MB/s for 12 users at the same time...)

HDD space: How do I get enough HDD space? Normally the hosts only have 100-500 GB harddrives. Do I have to special order additional harddrives?

The script support multi servers.

How do you suggest I do?

and what you think users will upload? most of them will not upload legit/personal files to a new filehost

I know that, kinda unrelated btw but I know how I intend to do but dont want to discuss it.
