As I understand domain zones.

.NET is a zone and anything like .NET.uk .net.pk .net.abc will fall into .NET zone.

Thus, meaning verisign can take them down as they please.

I'm more interested in the .NET.PK, .ME domains...? Are they take-down able right now..?

To my understanding any domain registrar within the U.S takes the domains down.
But any cases of this happening outside of US.

ccTLD's are managed by a country or the head of the generic TLD?
