Hi, I don't know why you've decided to go for Paypal dispute complain. You expected us to work so hard during the weekned? I'm sorry but I was busy the one day and I couldn't fully work on your request. However I understand that may have ruined your work. I get your point. But we have 7 days refund policy etc. It sounded you didn't trust us. Anyways I don't blame you. Let us know how long you need your current RDPs to function so that you can transfer files, backup, etc We've refunded you in full for all the RDPs you bought.

PS: The FR server wasn't down. It's been up and running ever since we started putting accounts on in. It should have been your ISP or DNS resolver not working properly. We could have done a check on it.
