Default DLE "dle_views" table becoming big

    Hi,
I am running Datalife Engine and notice that the size of the table "dle_views" in my database is getting very big.

Is there a way to delete them? will this cause any problem to the website.

    Cheers

It may cause highload on your server when your site get big. You should consider to turn off Views Count function of Datalife Engine or enable Cache feature for Views Count, you should be fine.

That table contains the amount of hits a news got (including the ones from guest)
If you empty that table, then all news would be shown to 0 views.

Turning off views count function + emptying table could help
But the View Counter Cache wont helping reducing the size since it only updates the table after every 4 hours rather then every time a news is opened.
