how to upgrade mysql 5.0.x to mariadb in kloxo

i would like to upgradfe my kloxo server mysql to mariadb latest version , as per mariadb docs first i need to remove mysql but yum remove mysql command give warning abt dependencies so i am struck here please guide

that is not a good idea, kloxo isn't built for mariaDB
and kloxo needs mysql to be functional
