Very Uneasy About Filebox, Here's Why

HEY,
has anyone here taken a REALLY good look at this File Host's TOS?

"Filebox will ASSIST LAW ENFORCEMENT personnel with suspected or alleged illegal user content, including, but not limited to video and images."

I would NEVER use a host that has something like THAT in its TOS, and if everyone here is smart you wouldn't either.
Ok, almost every host has "warez, porn, bla bla bla not allowed" but they allow it anyway, or don't really give a shit in most cases, as you probably know. It's just there to cover their ass in case some kind of trouble comes up, and it's smart to say that. It's a defense.

But THIS... it's one thing to get bent over and stuck by the cops, and another thing entirely to hold your asshole open for them!
Well, they can "assist" all they fuckin' want, I won't be using this host as long as they have THAT shit in their TOS, and I don't think a
lot of you will now either and will probably drop them.
WHY would it even BE in there like that, unless they are ALREADY working
with LEA, or it's maybe a honeypot set up by LEA. aren't they a really new host? And where are their servers located? Opinions, please?

Check and many filehost change their ToS to something like that, and no law enforcer will waste their time trying to jail someone from India, Latinamerica, China, Pakistan, they have better things to do like scraping their ballscacks.
