Urgent Help Required regarding Custom duty in India hello everyone i am akshit and i my cousin living in USA and he wants to send me a SLR camera worth 800$ through courier to my country (INDIA). now the question and doubt is what will happen with the camera when it will come to custom officers the camera is actually a gift bt not purchase. will i have to pay any import tax? and if yes then how much ? reply soon regards thanks Rating: 5
