How can you have a topic that long comparing the top eco systems around and not mention Google who has a far bigger eco system than both AND ITS OPENSOURCE which developers prefer?

Apple and Microsoft don't have to worry about each other. They are friends with a common enemy which is Google eg. they outbid Google buying the Nortel Patents for $4.5 Billion together to strengthen their own personal ecosystems against Google.
