I have wrote a postmaker to submit quickly to wordpress but I have an error;

For the title if I write:

PHP Code: 
This is title - Some Post 
it show as:

PHP Code: 
This is title – Some Post 
How can I encode – and write in the right way that "-"?

Hope you understand my problem..
