Why do you need a private user instead of a provider? How much will you be paying?

Many providers have unfortunately poor performance when web hosting .. to many users on one server and Limited the bandwidth

Money does not matter to me first,, everything Competitive^^

lol, when the network of a DC will be down, the private dedicated hardware will be also down, and that is the same case with the providers.

I would suggest going with a VPS provider if you are looking for a server is a limited number of users on it. Normally it's only with shared hosting that has a lot of users on one server.
