Buying New 3D Card Help!!!!

I have PC dell Optiplex 745 6600 2.4GHZ Core 2 Duo With 4GB DDR2 i am planning to buy new 3D card my budget is between 120$ to 180$ so guys kindly tell me what model should i buy

last time i tried Nividia 9600GSO its smooth card and i played every game with it but now its damaged. so guys tell me your suggestions i need card who can play all latest games smoothly.

and please tell me one more thing Nividia GTX 550Ti is supported with my dell optilex 745 or not ?

I had dell opti plex 755 2.6GHZ core 2 duo ... i wanted to buy a 3d card but for a good card u need a good power supply too .. if ur having tower casing then u should go for a good card like 9800GT which currently im having on my core i5 which i bought later... but if u have desktop casing so i m afraid u need to buy a normal card or change the specifications of your computer ... i dont think so ur pc will support GTX 550ti as the pci slots may be different ... the 9800GT has 2.0 pci express .. i dont know whether 550ti has 2.0 or 3.0 ...

Note :

if u want to run gtx 550ti then u also need a 550+ watt power supply else ur card wont even start ... even with the 9800GT im having 500 watt power supply ...

i have tower pc buddy so i have to change power supply too ?

yes for a good card u have to change power supply ... and btw google is our best friend whatever card you choose ... you just need to google it first like

Sahil Bhai, 9800GT is old, if u dont wanna spend much money then go get Nvidia GTS450

it's awesome and plays every game in max resolution, my neighbor friend have this card and he plays all latest games on max graphics on 22" Monitor

and the card's price is also cheap, I think it's around 6000INR

yeah its cheaper then gtx 550ti well GTS 450 has two types DDR3 and DDR5 which one i buy
