It means the website asked for has been moved or been deleted

Not necessarily ...

It could be that you changed your dns? and it still is propagating... if you removed the files from your old host, then you probably will see this.

i changed my dns before one week yesterday it was working fine today it giving me 404 error and sometimes it works smoothly and one more thing subdomain is also working fine you can test it too

your main domain and sub domain are pointing to different ips.

what nameservers did you change to for your main domain? if you've changed to the right nameservers one week ago, it should be already proprogated.
