The old history of hostings... when you buy to a wannabe you can?t expect professional service. Wannabes offer you "good price" but the weakness is always the same, one guy run the company and when he have real life issues support dissapear and customers abandoned. If you want a good service you have to pay for it and forget this gisting wanabes ... no more... no less...

Well, OVH is open to the world now. Anyone can directly order, with paypal too. But they will ask you for ID and confirmation etc. etc.

So, I suggest you purchase directly from there.

Also, if the server is added to your NIC - you can renew it directly from the ovh manager.
