I'm afraid of about my server too because his topic has not re-opened yet. But honestly I have not found any provider with good price like him yet. My server will expire at Feb 4th

If it was a true unmetered at this price OVH would be bankrupt already

Hosts who just take cheap crappy OVH servers and abuse it(by pushing a lot of bandwidth, hosting sites against OVH terms etc) normally get booted fairly fast. OVH tends to reformat servers after a few abuse complaints.
