Wannabes offer you "good price" but the weakness is always the same, one guy run the company and when he have real life issues support dissapear and customers abandoned. Hosts who just take cheap crappy OVH servers and abuse it(by pushing a lot of bandwidth, hosting sites against OVH terms etc) normally get booted fairly fast. OVH tends to reformat servers after a few abuse complaints.

Well, OVH is open to the world now. Anyone can directly order, with paypal too. But they will ask you for ID and confirmation etc. etc.

So, I suggest you purchase directly from there.

Also, if the server is added to your NIC - you can renew it directly from the ovh manager.
