Hosts who just take cheap crappy OVH servers and abuse it(by pushing a lot of bandwidth, hosting sites against OVH terms etc) normally get booted fairly fast. OVH tends to reformat servers after a few abuse complaints.

So all the resellers selling unmetered services are not really selling unmetered? I'm confused. Are they using 95th percentile?

From what I've seen Franceservers appears to be run by 1 person only, with the amount of users purchasing from him, it would appear that he cannot keep up with the orders.

Also OVH's servers are not unmetered, they get capped at some point. AND you cannot get any "Special deals for resellers" from OVH as they do not have a partner program.
