Yes they should set direct pay with paypal and Credit card no mather higher fees that is small amount and this carrotpay is full of bugs and usless
If there were another payment gateway that offered these solutions, we would certainly look into that. But direct pay is not possible at the moment.

Also, I do not see how, or why, Paypal / CC gateways would be able to charge fees as low as Carrot.org, or handle micro payments.
