Have you uploaded via FTP or Browser?

If uploaded via FTP, have you 'published' the file? You need to publish the file first.

Do you see the file in 'My Files'? If so, just click on the file name and it will open the download page.

No... $0.10 per GB is already very low. This means 100GB costs just $10.

$0.01 per GB is just way too cheap to be sustainable.

I can't see the file in "My files".I just upload small file (13MB) to test

If anyone else is experiencing problems with the FTP upload facility, please do post here. FTP upload has only JUST been released so we are keen to know about, and resolve any problems found.
