I have upload some MP4 files to be used on streaming videos on Bayfiles!

The files were in mkv 1080p but they don't work! but the 720p files that I converted, work perfectly. Can anyone tell me what is the reason why my MP4 files converted from mkv 1080p don't work?

I try download them, but I can't too! they are 2GB+ files
