Hi... I checked FileMates to find your username. I found a user with username "keepwalking" with 565 files... 115GB of space
Though only 95 files out of your 565 are more than 200MB...

This means that users can download almost all of your files without premium... It is normal. Nobody will pay if they have it free...

I reccomend you to upload files more than 200MB... I mean 200,01MB or more... Up to 200MB it is free to download

Since yesterday our system is getting upgraded. We add new servers and try to move the database and files of the user interface to a new one as well...
