Now about your question:
It is per month (any cloud service has these prices for storage... normally CDNs' pricing varies from 40? to 70? per TB)

BUT normally we give additional space FREE... Uploaders that generate revenue shouldn't worry about space. This price is for those people that need space for their backups etc and do not intend to generate profit and keep their files private!

I will give you an example: Imagine a DJ that uploads his tracks and, this way, he generates revenue from his work... Everything is perfect. We pay 200?, for example, for a server of 2TB and we have a ROI (return on investment). If, though, he uploads his tracks to have a backup and he doesn't share them (so no revenue at all) then we pay 200? and we have no income... So, who wants to use a backup service pays. Who uses a hosting service for sharing purposes, instead, NOT
