First, he has to have his account verify with CC. Second, even if he successfully key in the amount charge for verification, his account may still show unverified. Third, even if his account is verified, there may still be limitation on the account. Of course he can send tickets to Payza but the problem won't be solved soon. Take a look at Payza support thread and you'll know what I'm saying. Payza is a joke
many times stats do not track well... you need to see the balance and your referrals list for accurate stats... first this enters in the database and the the stats track... so sometimes it justs has this bug...

about payza you are right. they are good for me but i have to accept they are veeery slow
