I think Filemats ( with the exception of the matter of the limited payment methods ,and the matter of inability to set a password for more than 1 file in the same time, unlike many of other hosts ) is a special and a perfect Files host. especially for that it's still one of the very few files hosts you cannot easily find a website has the ability to leech the files from it, which makes more money for the host and uploader in the same time.
