2) Good English skills.
3) A minimum of 4 hours a day online.

So you do not pay for the first month at 28 hours a week?

The only compensation for the first 120 hours (4hrs/day X 30 days/month) is a free hosting plan?

And then for whatever reason you may decide not to keep the person that just worked 120 hours for you for a hosting plan may be dismissed without further compensation?

Not I tell you why:
This is not full time working only when you get an email you need to login and respons. This is not livesupport.

Livesupport start after 1 month and then the person need to stay 4 hours on the live support.

When the person can not good answer the clients thats the only reason to decide not to work with the person.

I see so you need someone to answer emails with good English language skills and if they perform well after 30 days they will be considered for a paying support position?

Is that correct?

What is the compensation after 1 month? Is it 4 hours daily 7 days a week?
