i disbled all plugins but not work...

i dont have acces on admin cpanel because say same error, but i disbled all plugins with function:

Dear Check your Folder Permissions may be cashe folder is deniing data to wirte in it.?
vb is installed or you are trying to installing??if installing then delete all old files and try again with fresh copy of vb....

Did you change anything in php.ini file ? or changed your web host ?

Anyways, it seems that your xcache variable is set low. Upload a .php file with this and show us the output.

(Most propbably it'd be issue with xcache.var_size. If you have SSH access the head over to your php.ini and change the xcache.var_size value to 64 or which ever suits the best. Oh and restart your server after saving the edits.
