Paying 2225 rs per month.

I want to learn is there 3g connection available and how is speed? I checked Vodafone India prices and it seems quite good and very cheap for unlimited (In Turkey we paid 30$/mo-8gb :) ) Around 40$ for 6 months. Or which telecom brand is better for 3g connection?
