i want to make stream for my website, anyway in meantime i managed to create one by runing icecast on server and connecting to it using winamp and edcast plugin. Is there any other or any better way?

if you just want to make an online radio not to resell radio servers:

Go get a stable VPS.
Setup icecast 2 on it. Icecast is the simplest and easiest to install.
Use sam broadcaster or any other broadcasting software you want to use.
