heres what i would do:

1. Fix the main logo at the top.. lookes pixalated and outdated.
2. Remove that 1px border from around the join now banner
3. the "Last Post Info" in your forums table could do with moving over to the right more
4. Remove the "8 Most Viewed Profiles" container at the bottem
5. Dont get why your affiliate links are in a black and red box whilest your forum is blue?
6. The javascript title rotator is slighly annoying, i wouldn't have it on my sites !

Them are just my tips for What i would do.

As far as banner concerned I m not good in it. One of my friend was made this banner and in now days he is also out of city.

Java Script & Register Banner Removed
Top Viewed Profile Removed
Affiliate Color Changed To Blue
