I'm looking for a good PPD filehost or 3 to use now that so many of the ones I was using have been shutdown. Despite the shutdowns, it seems that the number of available hosts has skyrocketed!

I'd like to know if anyone has done a serious comparison or something showing stuff like -

* Average upload speed to filehost
* Download speed for free users
* Max storage per account
* Max filesize for free downloads

For instance, I remember hotfile used to have free users capped at 250MB or so, but often when I look at the filehosts site's I cannot find this information.
