5 VaporHostn.com

if there is anyother hosting then you can suggest me that also but minimum reqiurment for me is

accept alertpay payments

and i need minimum of 5 gb diskspace and 30 gb bandwidth

I don't think he provides Russian hosting anymore. Not too sure you should check the shared hosting section or PM him.
