switzerland isnt safe. i know it. i am from switzerland

switzerland is the land of Torrentz/Divxstage/Videoweed/Warez-bb and a load of other warez related websites. I hosted my own warez websites there and I didn't have to remove the links on DMCA takedown request. Privatelayer.com was the datacentre I used (so do the warez sites I mentioned above).

so from my experience... switzerland is safe. before hand I was jumping around countries - I've tried Ukraine/Russia/Netherlands/UK/Germany and the one I've loved to most was Switzerland... I've had troubles with the other countries.

As far as I can figure out the quoted sites are not in Switzerland.

Torrentz.eu = Canada
Divxstage.eu = Panama
Videoweed.es = Panama
Warez-BB.org = Russia

I personally have had no issues in the Netherlands. But there we are, maybe just lucky

As regards to total safety, then your never totally safe anywhere really. If you became a takedown target, like thepiratebay, as the site is hosted on multiple nodes around the world, they are now going after the domain owner (which is either found via whois or if whois data is fake then trace back the purchase details of domain). If you can do all these things anonymously then you'll probably be almost 100% safe.
