    I would avoid both providers you've mentioned.

    1) Hetzner is very strict on piracy.
    2) Giga-international is known to be pure shit - still wiaitng on a affliate payout from 2 years ago

    If your looking for a cheap VPS due to a budget you should check out: lowendbox.com do a search for specific locations like The Netherlands etc
    It's amazing, being in a community can cause hate. Competitors or not - DDOS isn't cool :)
